What types of fabrics can I dye with Rit products?
Our All-Purpose Dye works best on natural fibers like cotton, wool, and silk. For synthetic materials like polyester and nylon, we recommend using Rit DyeMore for Synthetics to ensure a vibrant and lasting finish.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Will the dye damage my washing machine?
No, Rit Dye is safe for your washing machine. We recommend running a 'clean' cycle with hot water and a cup of bleach immediately after dyeing to ensure no residue remains for your next load of laundry.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return authorization.
How do I ensure the color doesn't bleed after dyeing?
To lock in color and prevent fading, we highly recommend using Rit ColorStay Dye Fixative immediately after the dyeing process and before the final wash.
